You can book through our Booking page, call us at 0927-743-7661, or message us on Facebook. We'll check availability and confirm your reservation with a down payment.
We recommend booking at least 1-3 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (January-May). However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Yes, you can reschedule subject to availability. Please notify us at least 7 days before the original date. Rescheduling fees may apply for last-minute changes.
Yes, a 50% down payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
We accept bank transfers, GCash, PayMaya, and cash payments. We'll provide you with our account details upon booking.
The down payment is non-refundable as it reserves your date and our team's availability. However, it may be transferred to a different date subject to our rescheduling policy.
Standard editing takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the package and season. Rush editing (1 week) is available for an additional fee.
All photos are delivered via a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. USB/drive delivery is also included in select packages.
We provide professionally edited high-resolution photos. Raw files are available for an additional fee. Our editing is an integral part of delivering the polished USMAG signature look.
Yes, we cover events across the Philippines and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Contact us for a quote.
We use professional full-frame cameras, a variety of prime and zoom lenses, professional lighting, drones, and 4K cinema cameras for videography.
We'll work with you to find covered areas or reschedule if needed. We have weather contingency plans to ensure your coverage is still beautiful regardless of conditions.
Yes, but please review our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may receive a partial refund (minus the down payment). Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the down payment.
In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to emergency, we will refund all payments made and help you find a replacement photographer if needed.
