By booking with USMAG PHOTOGRAPHY, you agree to the terms outlined herein. A 50% down payment is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days before the event. The down payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit all payments made.
Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability. Please notify us at least 7 days before the original date. A rescheduling fee may apply for last-minute changes.
Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks after the event. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
USMAG PHOTOGRAPHY retains the right to use any photographs or videos taken for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive personal usage rights for their photos.
While we take every precaution to deliver exceptional results, USMAG PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or acts of nature. We will make every effort to provide alternative solutions in such cases.
