The problem: A local photography studio needed a modern web presence. Online booking, a filterable portfolio, and an admin panel that doesn't need technical skills to run.
The solution: A full production site with a Supabase-powered booking system, dynamic gallery with category filters, admin dashboard, dark mode, and a serverless contact form. 14 pages, no framework overhead.
The problem: I needed a showcase project that showed pure frontend skill. No frameworks, no libraries, and no external assets to lean on. Something visually engaging and mechanically complete.
The solution: A pixel-art side-scrolling platformer built entirely with HTML5 Canvas and vanilla JS. 5 levels, 4 enemy types, double-jump and bark power-ups, Web Audio API sound effects, procedural pixel sprites, and localStorage save system. Zero network requests.
The problem: A sugarcane juice beverage business needed a complete business management system. They had POS with multi-payment support, sales tracking, employee management, customer records, and inventory control to handle, but it was all scattered across different tools.
The solution: A full-stack management system using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend. Vercel serverless functions, Prisma ORM, and Neon PostgreSQL handle the backend. The system includes a POS interface with keyboard shortcuts, role-based access control (Admin/Manager/Cashier), a real-time dashboard with Recharts, reports you can export to CSV, and customer management.
The problem: Businesses waste hours on manual spreadsheet work. Data entry, organization, consolidation, and reporting take up time that could go elsewhere. Errors slip in, formats clash, and decisions get delayed while waiting for clean numbers.

A full-stack business management system for a sugarcane juice beverage business.
Juána, a sugarcane juice beverage business, was operating with disjointed tools. A basic POS terminal, spreadsheets for inventory, paper receipts, and no centralized customer records. As transaction volume grew, tracking sales and managing stock while coordinating staff became more error-prone and time-consuming.
The owner needed a single platform to replace their fragmented workflow. Something that could ring up sales, track inventory, manage employees, log customers, and generate reports. All without needing to be technical to operate.
A complete business management system delivered as a web application. It pulls together POS operations, inventory management, employee oversight, and reporting into one interface with role-based access.
Keyboard-driven POS interface with multi-payment support (cash, GCash, card). Real-time item lookup, size variants, and automatic receipt number generation. Discount application and refund handling built in.
Real-time sales dashboard with Recharts visualizations. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue. Seven-day trends, hourly distribution, top products, and payment breakdown. All numbers update live.
Full product CRUD with size variants (e.g., Regular, Large, Extra Large), category organization, archiving, and search. Each product can have multiple sizes at different price points.
Three-tier permission model: Admin (full access), Manager (dashboard, POS, products, reports, customers), Cashier (POS only). JWT-based authentication with bcrypt password hashing.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports with CSV export. Filter by date range and cashier. Activity logging for full audit trail of all operations.
Customer records with purchase history, phone, and notes. Loyal customers are tracked automatically via transaction association.
The schema spans 8 models: User, Product, ProductSize, Transaction, TransactionItem, Payment, Customer, ActivityLog, and SystemSetting. Designed to capture every operation from sale to refund with a clear audit trail.
This is a production system used by a real business. The admin dashboard, API endpoints, and business data are kept private and are not publicly accessible. This case study describes the architecture and features without exposing any sensitive information.
